This guitar saved my 12-string career. I had purchased a different one but the setup made it very difficult to play and I was not making any progress. I was visiting Artichoke Music in Portland one day and asked them if they had any 12-strings in the shop. After just a few minutes with this one, I knew it was going to go home with me. The feel is excellent, the tone is good, and I like the colors. The cedar top gives it a dark, throaty, more brooding kind of tone that is wonderful for songs with a lot of sustain, which suits my style in many cases. I am searching for a 12-string with a brighter sound in addition to this one for those songs that want a more sparkling kind of sound.
